Property Income Fund: This fund seeks to invest in property securities and specifically seeks to deliver a significantly higher yield than the S+P / ASX 300 Listed Property Trust Index. Generally the bulk of the investments will be more traditional property investments than the current index construction which has an increasing exposure to business income at the expense of rental income. This fund specially seeks to redress this concerning and growing imbalance.
