In 2001, we established a unique Australian equity fund incorporating asset allocation, long short and other absolute return strategies (EQT SGH Absolute Return Trust)
2003 - we were one of the first managers to establish a Global Listed Property Securities Trust
2004 - we were one of the early managers to offer a concentrated Australian equity fund (SGH20)
2006 - we established a (still) unique investment fund investing only in Australian companies that have entrenched market positions and / or strong intellectual capital franchises (SGH ICE)
2007 - we established one of the very few genuinely market neutral funds (ie Long Short Fund with no net market exposure) investing only in ASX listed companies
2009 - we received the Victorian Innovation in Funds Management Award
